Thailand has unveiled a toolkit designed to assist organizations in fostering LGBTQ+ inclusive environments.
Businesses in Thailand can now follow a newly launched toolkit designed to support LGBTQ+ inclusivity within organizations. This initiative aims to foster an environment that promotes diversity while contributing to economic growth and social equality. The toolkit is a collaborative effort between the Embassy of Canada in Thailand and the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.
The toolkit provides guidelines on:
- Preparing business cases for LGBTQ+ inclusion
- Developing suitable human resource policies
- Implementing training programs for awareness
- Conducting self-assessments
